If you have any of the ingredients in their un-ground form (peppercorns, coriander seeds, dried thyme, etc), grind in a coffee grinder, but not the coffee grinder you use for coffee because your coffee will never be the same. Alternatively, use a mortar and pestle.

Combine newly ground ingredients with already ground ingredients.

Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
